The simple steps in the open triangle shape are finished in two different polished finishes for striking contrast. The simplicity of the carving makes a masterful statement. The rare and unusual grossular garnet in a beautiful sherry hue finishes this piece beautifully. The 18kt setting accentuates the two stones beautifully without overwhelming them. 

The hand-fabricated 18kt mounting allows this piece to be worn as a brooch, or hung from a wide variety of necklaces, including pearls.
