We ship to addresses located within the United States, and only to addresses linked to your method of payment.
Our standard shipping options are:
For orders totaling less than $500: USPS Priority Mail, Signature Required
For orders totaling between $500 and $10,000: UPS 2nd Day, Signature Required
For orders totaling over $10,000: UPS Next Day, Signature Required
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
RETURNS
Purchases of in-stock merchandise are returnable for a refund. You must notify our office by email of your intent to return within three days of merchandise receipt, and the returned item must be shipped within seven days of merchandise receipt.
Merchandise returns MUST be arranged for through our office and MUST follow our very simple shipping protocols. Failure to do so will void merchandise return eligibility. Return labels and packaging material are included with your shipment, and we can schedule a UPS in-home pick up to make the process easy.
Custom sized rings and otherwise altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Special orders and custom orders of fine jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
Easy Pay and Layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable. If the purchase is cancelled or returned, these payments will be applied as a store credit.
Closeout purchases are all final.
