Refund policy

I believe jewelry is best experienced in person. Photographs and video can show you a great deal, but a piece of jewelry ultimately has to work with your unique shape, coloring, proportions and personal style.

For that reason, I want you to feel comfortable ordering a piece to see and try on at home.

Five-Day Return & Exchange Period

Jewelry in original, unaltered and unworn condition may be returned for a full refund or exchanged. Please contact Cynthia Scott Jewelry within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery to begin the return or exchange process.

Once your return has been authorized, we will provide instructions and arrange appropriate insured return shipping. The package must be delivered to the designated carrier within 2 business days of receiving your return authorization and shipping label.

Please keep all original packaging until you have decided to keep your jewelry.

Condition of Returned Jewelry

The return period is intended to give you time to carefully examine and try on your jewelry at home. Returned jewelry must be in its original condition and may not show signs of wear, damage or alteration.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Jewelry showing evidence of wear, damage or alteration is not eligible for return or exchange.

Altered & Custom Jewelry

Jewelry that has been altered at the client's request is not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes rings that have been custom-sized.

Return Shipping

Please contact Cynthia Scott Jewelry before shipping any jewelry back. Because fine jewelry requires appropriate insurance and shipping procedures, do not return jewelry using your own shipping label or carrier arrangements.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping label. Returns must be packaged and shipped according to those instructions to remain eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
