Refund policy

We believe jewelry is best experienced in person. If a piece you receive is not the right fit for you or your collection, please contact us promptly at cynthia@cynthiascottjewelry.com to begin the return process.

Jewelry in original, unaltered condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges of jewelry in original, unaltered condition may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Jewelry that has been altered in any way is not eligible for return or exchange. Custom-sized rings are final sale.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.
