Order Processing

Orders shipping within the United States are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

For security reasons, shipments are scheduled to avoid packages being in transit over weekends or major holidays. Most orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday.

If there is any delay in shipping your order, we will contact you promptly by email or telephone.

Shipping Method & Insurance

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS

Packages are fully insured while in transit, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping insurance covers the package until the courier records the shipment as delivered.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package on the expected delivery date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is complimentary for all orders within the United States.

Orders shipping outside the United States are sent for a flat rate of $200 USD.

International Orders

International orders are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.

To reduce the risk of packages remaining in transit over weekends or holidays, international shipments are also generally dispatched Monday through Wednesday.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
