Chalcedony and Pearl Wearable Sculpture

This striking wearable sculpture features a luminous carving in natural blue chalcedony. The graceful sweep of the carving and the impressive scale of the chalcedony create a powerful sense of movement, resulting in a jewel of remarkable presence.

The gemstone displays an intense natural blue color with beautiful translucency. A brilliant diamond, set in platinum, is perfectly nestled within the carving, while a removable French Polynesian gray pearl introduces elegant movement and contrast.

The hand-fabricated mounting in 18k gold and platinum allows the piece to be worn as a brooch or suspended as a pendant from a wide variety of necklaces, including pearls.

CONVERTIBLE DESIGN
Designed with a discreet receiver, this piece allows for interchangeable drops, offering the collector an opportunity to shift its character with subtle or dramatic effect.

The included pearl accent provides a soft, luminous balance to the sculptural chalcedony. Alternate drops, ranging from other varieties of pearl to colored gemstone compositions, can be created or selected, each bringing a distinct presence to the piece.

This flexibility allows the work to evolve with its wearer, while remaining grounded in the integrity of the original design. Additional drops are available upon request.
